The Space

The Downtown Moxie is a one bedroom, one  and a half bath apartment on the fourth floor of the historic 1924 YMCA building. It also has an office/guest room with a queen fold out couch. It is accessed by elevator from the main 2nd floor entrance or 1st floor rear entrance. The apartment has a very well equipped full kitchen, a bistro table for four people and a super comfortable chaise sofa. The main bedroom features a king size bed with USB phone charging lamps and blackout curtain. It also has an ensuite bathroom with shower and a 32 inch LCD TV. The office with the queen size pull out Lazy Boy couch with an ensuite half bath.  Guests of Downtown Moxie have private access to the entire apartment with an in unit Washer/Dryer.
