The really cool looking red couch adjusts to 16 different positions to include fully flat queen size bed and has four USB and two AC outlets for easy cell phone and laptop charging. The historic YMCA Building is just steps away from 4th Street restaurants, UNC School of the Arts Stevens Center and Bookmarks, an independent book store and the Benton Covention Center.
